well, there wasn't enough time.
"I won the SuperPole, so I
know my pace is there. But I've
not raced since September, so I
am a little race-rusty, too. I knew
coming into this first round that
it was going to be hard, but the
track was tricky with some tough
turns and the dirt was really soft.
I've got some things I can build
on so hopefully I can come back
stronger."

said Bolt. "I'm looking forward
to round two, I just want to keep
doing what I'm doing, enjoy the
racing and enjoy the experience."
Admitting to feeling race rusty
having sat out the majority of the
AMA EnduroCross Champion-
ship due to his elbow injury,
Haaker knows there's work to do
ahead of round two.
"It's not been the perfect start
to the series for me," admitted
Haaker. "That first turn had a
pretty gnarly obstacle and I got
caught up in the first two races.
I had to fight my way back from
nearly last in both of those
races, and although I was riding
Blazusiak's return to racing was
a triumphant one.
