GAGNE GETS HIS WORLDSBK SEAT
F
ollowing three appearances
with the Red Bull Honda
World Superbike Team in 2017,
Jake Gagne will take a full-time
ride with the squad next year as
he is set to make his first full-
time debut on the world stage,
joining Leon Camier in the Ten
Kate garage.
First appearing in the Motul
FIM WorldSBK Championship
paddock back in July around
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca,
the 24-year-old was drafted
in as a replacement rider for
Nicky Hayden. Securing two
top-15 finishes on the Fireblade
CBR1000RR SP2 machine,
Gagne took the weekend in his
stride and impressed in his first
weekend on the world stage.

ucati will be opening its
own theme park called
the Ducati World Show-
case—a 115,000 sq-ft attrac-
tion held within the existing
Mirabilandia theme park in
Emilia-Romagna region.
The theme park will pay
homage to the iconic Italian
brand, with a museum, roller
coaster, simulators, chil-
dren's attractions and virtual
reality, as well as a display
for previous and current
Ducati models.
"Ducati World will give
visitors a chance to live
an exciting journey inside
the Ducati brand," said
Alessandro Cicognani,
Ducati Licensing and Cor-
porate Partnership Director.
"Thanks to this agreement,
together with Parques Re-
unidos we're developing the
first motorcycle themed area
in an Italian amusement park. Mirabilandia's loca-
tion, at the heart of the Motor Valley, adds further
value to this project dedicated to fun." CN
The Mirabilandia theme park will have
its own Ducati section next year.
