237 (following Aegerter's dis-
qualification, see Briefly). Mar-
quez regained third from Oliveira
180 to 166; while Bagnaia (143)
reinforced his fifth overall.
Moto3
Delayed and curtailed, the
Moto3 race was also drenched.
For most riders, it was just hell in
the spray. Just seeing where you
were on the track was some-
thing of an achievement.
Nicolo Bulega was on pole for
Luthi could count himself lucky
to be a distant 11th, mercifully
spared from attack. The next
batch was still four seconds
away and occupied with one
another, with Remy Gardner
(Tech3) passing Marcel Schrot-
ter (Dynavolt Suter) on the final
lap, wild card Ikuhiro Enokido
(Teluru Motobum Kalex) just over
a second behind.
Tarran Mackenzie (Kiefer
Suter) was 15th—the first point
for the son of ex-500 star Niall.
Navarro and Marini were early
fallers, followed by (among oth-
rider's afternoon got steadily
worse.
The first sign of trouble came
onto the straight on lap five, as
he took his hand off the bar to
wipe his visor. On the exit from
the next corner, he was fiddling
with the vents on his helmet.
For the first time all weekend,
his visor was fogging up.
Morbidelli was ahead next
time around, in eighth. Luthi's
compatriot Domi Aegerter
(Kiefer Suter) was on his tail,
and on the last lap had a stab at
getting ahead of the Italian. But
Morbidelli was ahead again over
the line.
With Lorenzo Baldassarri 10th,
Rain master Fenati was once
again peerless in the wet.
