2018 Beta 300 RR Race
T
he Italian manufacturer Beta
revealed its line of Race Edition
off-road models. It consists of two
two-stroke models—250 and 300 RR
Race—and four four-stroke models—350,
390, 430 and 480 RR Race.
They are the same as the standard RR
models but with a number of upgraded
components. All of the Race models
feature the latest-generation 48mm
closed-cartridge Sachs forks, revised
Sachs shocks, black anodized triple
clamps, and new Michelin tires.
Also special to the Race models:
quick-release front wheel pin, Vertigo
hand guards, black aluminum footpegs,
rear sprocket with anodized aluminum
core and steel teeth, billet aluminum
chain-tensioner blocks, racing seat with
pocket, black anodized shift/brake levers,
transmission oil cap, engine oil cap and oil
filter cap in red anodized aluminum, and
special Racing graphics and rim decals.
RR Race Editions are a low-production
model; first shipments will arrive at
dealers in December.
