the motor, knocked my lever
down too far and by that point
it was too late in the race to
recover. My confidence feels
great. I wasn't pumped on the
track when I walked it and I'm
looking forward to the rest of
the series."
In the battle for the final po-
dium spot, Hart and Redmond
finished less than a second
with the pressure of taking
the joker lane and I was just
going to hunt him down and
when we had to take the joker
lane I would take advantage
of it. But he got ahead of me
when I made a mistake, then
he crashed and I passed him
momentarily and eventually he
moved over on me and his foot
peg or something got stuck in
my wheel and I couldn't hold
Greco, who has competed in AMA
Supercross took second ahead of Zane
Roberts.
In the new-for-2017 Amateur B class,
Gavin Siegismund took the win over
Drew Lehr and Holger Dettmann, who
came all the way from Germany to com-
pete in EnduroCross.
EnduroCross created a new bonus pro-
gram for 2017 that will award $2000 to
any AMA Supercross/Pro Motocross
rider that can qualify for the Super
EnduroCross main and $10,000 if they
can win the main. Alex Rey, a Tennes-
see native that qualified for several 450
Supercross main events this season
made it to the night show in the Super
EnduroCross class but failed to qualify
for the main event. And Josh Greco,
another regular AMA Supercross
night show competitor failed to qualify
through to the Super EnduroCross main
but did finish second in the Open Ama-
teur main (any rider not in the top-20 in
Super EnduroCross points is eligible for
the Amateur class).
Haaker (1) and Webb (2) made contact,
which didn't end well for Webb.
