TRIALS 2017 FIM TRIALSGP CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 6 / JULY 29-30, 2017 HUALAPAI MT. PARK / KINGMAN, ARIZONA P82 good showings in the Trial 2 Women's class. Madeleine Hoover finished third on Sat- urday, and Kylee Sweeten had a great ride on Sunday to take the top step on the podium. All in all it was a great three days of watching the world's best trials riders compete. It takes a lot of effort to put together a world championship event. Hats off to the Central Arizona Trials Club and all their volunteers. They ran a great event and laid out a course that had world-class obstacles and was very spectator-friendly. CN Saturday Trial GP 1. Toni Bou (Hon) 2. Adam Raga (TRRS) 3. Jaime Busto (Hon) Trial GP Women 1. Emma Bristow (Sher) 2. Theresa Bauml (Bet) 3. Berta Abellan (Bet) Sunday Trial GP 1. Toni Bou (Hon) 2. Jaime Busto (Hon) 3. Jeroni Fajardo (Ver) Trial GP Women 1. Emma Bristow (Sher) 2. Sandra Gomez (GG) 3. Theresa Bauml (Bet) trow continued her dominant rid- ing. She won by 25 points over second place, Spain's Sandra Gomez. Germany's Bauml, who earned second place on Satur- day, finished three points behind Gomez for third. The American women had ago at this same venue for U.S. NATC Trials National Champion- ship, Smage easily won against his U.S. competitors. No official word from Smage or his Sherco team was offered as to why he did not attend. In the women's TrialGP, Bris- Great Britain's Emma Bristow won both days of the Women's TrialsGP.
