Tatsuki Suzuki (SIC58 Honda)
and Darryn Binder (Platinum Bay
KTM) completed the top 10, but
it was a close-run thing—sixth to
18th covered by four seconds.
Mir's title lead stretched still
further—to a massive 37 points.
He has 165, new second-placer
Fenati 128. Canet dropped to
third at 110, then the absent Mar-
tin 89 and Di Giannantonio (11th
in Germany) 85. CN
MotoGP
1. Marc Marquez (Hon)
2. Jonas Folger (Yam)
3. Dani Pedrosa (Hon)
4. Maverick Vinales (Yam)
5. Valentino Rossi (Yam)
Now it was a three-way game
of tactics, and Mir made up for
his blunder at Assen the week-
end before, regaining control
from Fenati into Turn 12 on the
final lap to win his sixth race of a
remarkable campaign.
Fenati was a tenth behind,
Ramirez the same distance
behind him for his first podium.
Bulega was five seconds adrift.
A huge gang had been be-
hind, with Philipp Oettl (Schedl
KTM) breaking clear early on for
a strong fifth. In the closing stag-
es, Enea Bastianini (EG Honda)
managed to get through the
pack for sixth, ahead of Livio Loi
(Leopard Honda), Bo Bendsney-
der (Red Bull KTM) and the rest.
Joan Mir (36) is just proving to be
too good in Moto3 this year.
