Bailey started closing ground on Gl over slowly. and then the two were handlebar-to-handlebar. Bailey found hi s chance and made hi s move taking an inside lin e through a sharp right turn and passed Glover. The Nationa l Champion quickly jumped 10 a two- second lead which he held for th e remaining four laps. Not too far behind Gl over was a dice over third between King and Li les, but it came to an end when Liles bai led th rough the whoop section. " I was ca tching King and Glover, while Bai ley wasn' t pulli ng away," sai d Liles. " I figured if 1 pi cked up th e pace even more. I could get a second or first out of the mot a , but I got a liule mi s-rirned in the whoops, and the from wheel wem between one of them and 1 hit th e ground pretty hard ." At the finis h it was Bai ley.
