fter his absolute domination of the Hangtown MX National to
start the outdoor series, Monster Energy Kawasaki's Eli Tomac
spent the next three rounds bouncing between good and bad
moto finishes.
At Muddy Creek Raceway, however, Tomac finally put the puzzle
back together again, going 2-1 to win his first MX National since the se-
ries opener at Hangtown. Even more importantly, he managed to pick
up seven points on the championship leader, Blake Baggett, and with
seven rounds still left to run, Tomac is just four points back.
