MOTOCROSS LUCAS OIL AMA PRO MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIPS ROUND 4 / JUNE 17, 2017 HIGH POINT RACEWAY / MT. MORRIS, PENNSYLVANIA P70 Jeremy Martin led the first half of the race, but Osborne caught fire a few laps in and chased Martin down to take the lead around halfway, later stating that he had some arm-pump in the early laps that he was able to work his way through as the moto progressed. Osborne took the moto win in front of Martin and Plessinger. It was Osborne's first moto win since the Hangtown opener. "My arms were a little tight in the beginning, but I worked through it there about halfway in and felt really, really good on the bike," Osborne said. "I just had good rhythm in all the ruts and stuff. It felt great out there." Martin was also suffering from arm-pump in moto one. "I've been in that position [leading races] many times," Martin said. "Zach was riding re- ally well. All the fans were cheer- ing pretty loud and the track is gnarly. I was fighting it. I had arm pump the whole time. I was able to shake it with two laps to go, but it was too late. So, I'm look- ing forward to moto two." The front three were followed at a distance in fourth by Dylan Ferrandis, Pro Circuit Kawasaki's Adam Cianciarulo, his teammate Austin Forkner, and then Alex Martin, who fought all the way up to seventh after his first-turn fall. Behind him came another PC Kawasaki of Joey Savatgy, Hampshire and Mitchell Har- rison. Moto two saw Alex Martin go from crashing in turn one in the first moto to grabbing the holeshot the second time out, with Plessinger, Jeremy Martin, Forkner, Ferrandis, Hampshire, Savatgy, Nichols, Osborne and Harrison rounding out the top 10. Jeremy Martin and Forkner worked their way past Plessing- er, who went on an early slide backward, eventually falling to sixth place before he recov- ered and began moving back Jeremy Martin (6) got his first 250MX overall win since joining the Geico Honda team.
