medium—all Honda riders, plus
Dovizioso and Lorenzo were
in the hard camp, while all
four Yamahas went for the soft
compound. For the rear, only
five chose the hard, signifi-
cantly Lorenzo, Petrucci and
Crutchlow.
Off the line, Petrucci cut
across and collided with Mar-
quez. Both stayed on, but the
Ducati rider lost all his front-row
