Black Brand says the new Mirror Busters are
a cross between street, motocross and MMA
gloves. Incorporating a D3O insert in the
knuckles and palms, these gloves feature
riveted leather pads on the fingers to protect
them from whatever they might meet. Made
from top-grain leather, mesh and Neoprene,
they have touchscreen-sensitive CellTouch
fingertips, and they secure on MMA-style,
with hook-and-loop closures.

The Induction Jacket from Klim was designed with
functionality of a fully-ventilated mesh jacket, but with the
goal of keeping the protective qualities found in heavier
textile jackets. The jacket is constructed with proprietary Klim
Karbonite Mesh technology, which Klim says yields a final
highly-flexible material that is up to 750-percent stronger than
polyesters used by other brands. The Induction has integrated
D3O armor in the elbows and shoulders, and it exceeds
military-spec requirements for tensile strength.
