Puig has two separate sets of
handguard options for Yamaha's FZ-09
(pictured) and XSR900. The handguards
also fit earlier versions of the FZ-09 and
XSR as well. One version is larger for
touring applications and Sport version
other is smaller and slimmer. Both are
constructed of ABS plastic for durability
and longevity. The Sport handguard
is available in matte black or a faux-
carbon finish, and the Touring version
comes in matte black only.

Owners of 2009 and later cush-drive
Harley-Davidson touring models can
convert their rear belt to a chain
drive with Twin Power's bolt-on
rear-chain-conversion kit. The chain-
conversion kit installs without need
for modifications, and Twin Power
says it transmits more power than
the belt. Using a chain kit also allows
for re-gearing.
