Dungey needed every bit of skill he had not to fall, and Tomac began to sprint off. Within a few laps, though, Dungey began gaining on Tomac, as did the rest of the field. Tomac was baiting Dungey, knowing he couldn't win the title if Dungey cruised it on in for sec- ond place.
