onsidering what a surprising weekend it was, in the end
there was a lot of normality at the long, quirky and now
very bumpy Circuit of the Americas.
Marc Marquez took pole position and won the race, as he
has done at the previous four visits to Texas. All normal. The
hidden surprises were how much pressure he had to sustain,
and how strongly he came back after two difficult races.
