MADDISON BREAKS THREE WATER
BIKE RECORDS!
A
s part of the promotions for the new
Samsung Gear S3 smart watch, Austra-
lian daredevil Robbie Maddison smashed
three separate world records for riding a
motorcycle on water.
"Maddo" first broke the record for lon-
gest motorcycle ride on water, completing a
19.8-mile ride on his specially modified KTM
450 SX-F. Next came the top speed record,
which now stands at 58 mph, and finally the
longest jump from land to water at 61 feet.

WORLDSBK GOES TO ARGENTINA
T
he World Superbike
Championship will have
its first race in South Ameri-
ca next year, when it stages
a round at the Autodromo
Villicum circuit in Argentina's
San Juan province.
The track is still under
construction and is due for
completion later this year.
At 2.9 miles, the track will
also host national touring car
races and have its own kart
track.
The addition of Argentina
to the schedule ups the
number of WorldSBK races
held outside of Europe to
five, alongside Australia,
Malaysia, Thailand, Qatar
and the U.S. CN
WorldSBK is heading to Argentina in 2018.
