Tomac soon passed Anderson for second, but by that point, the race was only a couple laps from being over, and although Tomac was the fastest guy on the track, he never saw Musquin, who went on to claim his second win of the year in front of Tomac and Anderson. "My start wasn't the best, I was really close to going down in the first corner, but I was able to get out clean and get into the lead in the first lap, which was awesome," Musquin said. Eventually, Tomac got things figured out and began moving forward again, went by Ander- son, and then just as he caught Webb, Tomac cased a double and went down, getting back up in fourth place. At this point, Dungey had caught up to seventh. Tomac slowly got his rhythm back again, and caught up to Anderson in third just as Ander- son began pressuring Webb for second again. After the triple, Anderson went to the inside of Webb entering the rhythm sec- Eli Tomac had a good night but it could've been better. Still, he finished ahead of Dungey and is now tied with him for the points lead.
