Minor, who was battling for the
lead, fell and quickly gathered
most of the field behind him,
leaving bikes and riders scat-
tered the length of the back-
stretch.
Minor was the only rider not to
make it back for the restart. The
new race saw the familiar yel-
low YZ450F Yamaha of Dalton
Gauthier (Estenson Racing) on
point.
Don's Kawasaki/DPC Rac-
ing's Brandon Price was holding
on to second as Shayna Texter
(RMR/McElroy's Packaging) and
Ben Lowe (Bruce Lowe Excavat-
ing) fought over third.

Harley-Davidson of Staten
Island's Danny Eslick brought his
XR750 home 10th.

The 15-lap AFT Singles main
got off to a violent start. As the
tightly bunched field exited on to
the back straight for the second
time, trouble erupted at the front
of the pack.

Wells and Carver banged
away until the last few laps when
Wells was able to pull to a small
advantage. Coolbeth dropped
into a battle over sixth with Davis
Fisher (Bob Lanphere Beaverton
Motorcycles), Jarod Vanderkooi
Ryan Wells, the 2016 GNC2
Champion, enjoyed his best
outing to date in the Twins class,
finishing fourth after running
as far back as 12th.
