MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS SERIES, AN FIM WORLD
after the race. "Right now we're
winning races, so it's pretty cool.
We're rolling right now and I love
it. This is good for us. We're
doing what we need to do and
Baggett finish nearly 20 sec-
onds behind Dungey in fourth.
"This is everything you dream
of other than winning the cham-
pionship," said a smiling Tomac
slipped under Dungey, stealing
away the important second-place
finish from the champ.
Dungey had nine more laps
to retaliate but couldn't mount a
comeback and instead saw Mus-
quin get away.
By then, fourth-place Baggett
had dropped off the pace a bit,
so Dungey was able to ride out
the remaining laps comfortably in
third, where he would finish.
Tomac ended up taking the win
5.9 seconds ahead of Musquin,
who pulled six seconds on Dung-
ey by the time the checkered flag
came out.
