Bullet Proof Designs has Gen 2 radiator guards
for KTM/Husqvarnas. Machined from solid
6061-T6 billet aluminum, these guards offer
more strength than stock with minimal
weight gain. They mount directly to
the frame for better front and side
coverage. The new Gen 2 guards offer
lower bowl protection, as well as a
ribbed design for added strength.
Another new feature are the
pre-drilled holes that allow riders
to add the Bullet Proof O-Ring Kit, which
precisely holds the shroud pieces in place.

Kawasaki recently expanded the KLX140 lineup of
trail bikes, and now Yoshimura has a full system
for all three wheel sizes of the mean green trail
machine (140, 140L and 140G). This new RS-9
Enduro Series full system not only increases the
power and torque, it reduces weight over the stock
system. A USFS-approved Forest Service spark
arrestor is included with this system.
