KTM ANNOUNCES 2017 OFF-ROAD RACING TEAM T here will be a lot of familiar faces on KTM 2017 off-road team. KTM officially announced its 2017 FMF/KTM Factory Rac- ing Team and all of the major players are returning, including Taylor Robert, Kailub Russell, Russell Bobbitt, Cody Webb, Ivan Ramirez and Kacy Martinez. Robert will contest the AMA National Hare & Hound Champi- onship, as well as WORCS and select extreme enduro events across the globe. For this, Robert will race aboard the KTM 450 XC-F. Kailub Russell will return to defend his GNCC title aboard the KTM 350 XC-F. Addition- ally, the 2015 AMA National Enduro Champion will return to the series full time after missing out on the opportunity to de- fend his title last season due to injury. Russell will compete on a KTM 250 XC-F for the National Enduro Series. Five-time AMA National En- duro Champion Russell Bob- bitt will defend his enduro title aboard the KTM 250 XC-F. Ad- ditionally, Bobbitt will compete in the full GNCC Series for the first time ever. The two-time AMA Enduro- Cross Champion, Cody Webb, returns for his second season with the FMF KTM Factory Rac- ing Team. Webb, who finished a close second in 2016, will pilot the KTM 350 XC-F in the EnduroCross Series. He will also compete in select extreme enduro events aboard the KTM 300 XC throughout the season. Ivan Ramirez will return to the lineup in 2017 to compete aboard the KTM 450 XC-F in both the AMA National Hare & Hound Series and WORCS. Kacy Martinez will compete full-time in the AMA National Hare & Hound Series, as well as the AMA EnduroCross Series, where she will pilot a KTM 250 XC-F. Former enduro and GNCC champ Charlie Mullins has been hired on as the team's trainer.
