fiers were needed to thin down
the field for the motocross
finals. The 250C class alone
featured 121 riders, necessitat-
ing multiple divisions and quali-
fiers. The 40-Plus class was
also popular and needed three
divisions to sort things out, as
did the 85cc (9-11) Limited,
65cc (7-9) Limited, 250B and
250C Limited classes. In all,
3800 entries were filled out
over the week.
Racing ended around
4:30 p.m. to make time for
the traditional Thanksgiving
won everything, with New York's
Justin Cooper finishing second
overall and Brandon Hartranft
third.
Matthew LeBlanc also won
two classes aboard his Orange
Brigade KTM, capturing wins in
the 85cc (9-11) Limited and 85cc
(9-11) classes.
Nathanael Thrasher also won
two classes, his coming in the
85cc (12-13) Limited and Mini Sr.
(12-15) classes.
Racing moved over to the
motocross track on Thanksgiving

On the big bikes, Sean Cantrell
was the star of the day. He made
the long journey from California
worthwhile, as he went back
home to Murrieta with two cham-
pionship trophies in the 250 Pro
Sport and 450A classes aboard
his Troy Lee Designs KTM. He
battled back and forth with Texan
Challen Tennant, who took sec-
ond, while Florida's own Jordan
Bailey finished third in the 250
Pro Sport class. In 450A, Cantrell
