Graham Jarvis plays Obi-Wan
to his young Jedi Padawan Pascal
Rauchenecker in this new video
from Husqvarna Motorcycles.
Jarvis gives his Rockstar Energy
teammate a step-by-step tutorial on
being a hard enduro icon. Can a
five-minute video help elevate your
ability to Jarvis' level? Probably not.
But watch as Pascal sharpens his
skills with some help from "The
King of Extreme Enduro." CN

RESCUE CASH
M
V Agusta has, once again, saved itself
from the brink of financial collapse after
securing an investment deal with Russian
investment group Black Ocean.
MV Agusta has been in a world of finan-
cial turmoil in the last 18 months, including
filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Italian
courts in March of this year to safeguard itself
against financial claims by suppliers and contrac-
tors. It now appears CEO Giovanni Castiglioni has
saved his once glorious brand from the axe yet
again through the Black Ocean deal, although no
financial details have yet been released.
Black Ocean is a private investment firm
founded by entrepreneurs Oliver Ripley and Timur
Saradov, whose interests include private aviation,
real estate and agriculture investments.
"I am very pleased that we have reached this
agreement with Black Ocean," said Castiglioni.
"Beyond the strengthening of our capital, which
is important for the future growth of MV Agusta, I
strongly believe that Mr. Sardarov, Mr. Ripley and
their global team will be able to contribute with
their entrepreneurial and managerial skills in the
consolidation of MV Augusta as key players in the
super premium motorcycle market." CN
