Reed hit the dirt, and Alessi managed to hold off Roczen for the first three laps while Tomac attempted to recover from a mid- pack start. By the time Roczen found his way by Alessi for the lead, Musquin, Dungey, Seely and Tomac had bunched up behind them. All but Seely went by Alessi in the next couple laps, and with Roczen out of the run- ning for the overall, the top three in points—Musquin, Tomac and Dungey—were duking it out for the $100,000 purse. On the penultimate lap, leader Roczen and second-placed Musquin both decided to take the "Joker Lane," which handed first and second to Tomac and Cameron McAdoo had a great night. He won the amateur All-Stars race and took home a new truck for holeshotting both motos. Blake Baggett made his debut on the Rocky Mountain ATV- MC/WPS KTM.
