The RCH Suzuki Team made
motocross history this year.
(Above) Co-owner Carey Hart was proud to accept the award
for best team. He and partner Ricky Carmichael turned the
Soaring Eagle/Jimmy John's/RCH Suzuki Racing Team around
from 2015 to 2016. With Ken Roczen, they are the first privately
owned team to win an AMA outdoor motocross title.
(Left) Rookies of the Year Austin Forkner (left) and Benny
Bloss were recognized for their efforts. Forkner capped off
his first championship as a pro with a victory at Crawfordsville
and fourth in the 250MX final standings. Bloss finished out the
season sixth in the 450MX class.
