Syahrin was a distant sixth.
Less than two seconds down
came a lively trio, with Danny

taking control, with teammate
Miguel Oliveira ninth and Franco
Morbidelli (EG-VDS Kalex) sand-
wiched between them.
Almost 10 seconds away,
West had taken over from Zarco,
who had his hands full, with Xavi
Vierge (Tech3), Julian Simon
(QMMF Speed Up), Isaac Vina-
les (Tech3) and Xavier Simeon
