Husqvarna rider Jalek Swoll of Belleview, Florida, also earned two gold medals in the 125 (12- 16) B/C and Schoolboy 1 (12-16) B/C classes. Like Bailey, Swoll won three motos and took sec- ond in three motos. Kawasaki Team Green's Jett Reynolds was the only other rider to pull off the double. The kid from Bakersfield, California, final Schoolboy 2 race: Bai- ley nabbed the holeshot and Marchbanks was was buried in the pack, and to make matters worse for Marchbanks, he was forced to toss his goggles on the first lap. He would later drop out after getting as high as ninth. Marchbanks, one of the top riders going into Loretta's, had a tough week in general, though he did get a couple of moto wins, including one in 250 B. class championships. (Riders are allowed to compete in just two classes at Loretta's.) Jordan Bailey was one of the three. Not only did he win 250 B but also the tough Schoolboy 2 (13-16) B/C class. He couldn't catch Garrett Marchbanks (Kawasaki) in the first moto but dominated the next two, going 2-1-1 for the title. Bailey and Marchbanks were tied in points going into the Mitchell Falk (62) won the coveted 250 B title.
