P56 FIRST LOOK T he Italian manufacturer Beta has in- troduced its new line of 2017 off-road bikes, and the big news is they have combined its previous RR (purely off-road) four-stroke range with its RS (dual sport) line to create one new RR-S line of street- legal enduro bikes, which it says will now fill the segment of "street-legal off-road," which is similar to what KTM and Husqvar- na have done with their new enduro line of street-legal bikes. The RR-S line replaces the RR and RS lines. The two-stroke 250 and 300 models, however, are still called RR and are purely off-road. The RR-S range will feature four four- stroke models—350, 390, 430 and 500 RR-S—and two RR two-stroke models—250 and 300 RR. All RR-S models will be available in the U.S. in November. All of Beta's off- road four-strokes (RR-S) are street- legal now. 2017 BETA OFF-ROADERS Beta creates new RR-S range
