IN THE WIND P30 HUSQVARNA ANNOUNCES JEFF EMIG AS BRAND AMBASSADOR H usqvarna Motor- cycles is proud to announce its partner- ship with AMA Motor- cycle Hall of Famer and industry icon Jeff Emig. The former Supercross champion will focus on supporting the brand's initiatives, projects and products. Emig brings with him a broad range of experience as both a former championship- winning racer and a professional broadcast commentator. The timing of this new partnership aligns with the recent formation of the United States Motorcycle Coaching Association (USMCA); a not-for-profit organization founded by industry profession- als who came together for the greater good of the industry, the sport, the coach and the rider. Emig's primary focus as a brand ambassador is to engage with the USMCA on behalf of Husqvarna Motorcycles. The creation of the USMCA is aimed at lowering the barriers of entry for new motorcyclists, enhanc- ing the safety of riders, setting standards of best practices and raising the overall level of pro- fessionalism in the motorcycle industry. "Husqvarna has such a rich heritage in motorcycling, and I am proud to be a part of the brand moving forward," said Emig. "Since 1903, Husqvarna has been pioneering advance- ments in the industry. Now, with the formation of the US Motorcycle Coaching Asso- ciation (USMCA), it gives me a great opportunity to contribute to the future of the sport that I love so much. Not to mention what blast it was to jump on the all-new TC 250 two-stroke! My passion for motorcycles aligns perfectly with Husqvarna, so I'm looking forward to working together with Husqvarna and creating a better future for the new riders to come." Current advisor and acting president of the USMCA Mark Blackwell is looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Emig and Husqvarna. "We are thrilled to have Jeff partner with Husqvarna Motorcycles as Brand Ambassador," stated Blackwell. "His enthusiasm for this iconic, pioneering brand is tremendous. I am especially excited about his enthusiasm for the USMCA initiative and believe his support will be very helpful as the word of this effort spreads and gains support and momentum." More information on the USMCA will be released soon. CN AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Jeff Emig is the new face of Husqvarna Motorcycles. PHOTOGRAPHY BY HUSQVARNA MOTORCYCLES
