rate over the past four years in the
GP paddock. Moto3 World Cham-
pion in 2013, third in his only season
of Moto2 of 2014, 2015 MotoGP
Rookie of The Year and now head-
ing to Yamaha as Valentino Rossi's teammate at
Movistar Yamaha for 2017, the Spaniard is still
somewhat of a mystery. A very private person,
Vinales likes the simple life, riding motocross
with his four-time Women's World Motocross
Champion girlfriend, Kiara Fontanesi, or playing
around with his dog.

HASLAM AND BYRNE SHARE BSB WINS

he third round of the British Superbike
Championship saw the riders assemble at
the Brands Hatch Indy circuit over the weekend,
with JG Speedfit Kawasaki rider Leon Haslam
and Be Wiser Ducati's Shane Byrne taking the
wins. Americans James Rispoli (Anvil Hire TAG
Yamaha) and John Hopkins (ePayMe Yamaha)
ended the weekend with DNF-DNS and 12-11
results.
In the championship, Haslam leads Byrne 93-
90, and Tyco BMW rider Christian Iddon is third
