Supersport category. The Y.E.S/Graves

position by over one second from former
Moto2 rider Valentin Debise (M4 Sport-

and smashed home two dominant wins,
each over 10 seconds clear from the
pack—a lifetime in Supersport racing.
Gerloff's teammate JD Beach nearly
became part of the Road Atlanta scen-

com/Meen Motorsports' Joe Roberts to
the flag by just 0.167s for fourth place.
For Gerloff, the turnaround in form
from 2015 to 2016 has been dramatic.
"I think it's just been a combination of a
lot of things," Gerloff said. "There's been
a lot of changes that have happened
over the off-season in my personal life
and also my training and things like that.
I really feel more planted in everything I
good and it was an awesome race. It was
pretty fun dicing back and forth with Josh
and I knew Rog was right there behind us
too. It seemed like Josh, had his spots
and there were spots where I knew I was
better than him. It felt good to actually
pass Josh decently on the brakes too
because I've struggled with that in the
past."
In the title standings, Hayden's consis-
tency has seen him vaulted to the top of
the points on 76 to Elias' 75 with Hayes
third on 52. Beaubier can not afford any
more DNFs back in seventh on 38 points.
The Superstock 1000 win this time
around went to Herrin as the Georgian
got the better of Corti by a touch over
one second and Fong in third. The result
sees Herrin take over from Fong as the
Superstock points leader on 43 to Fong's
41 and Taylor Knapp third on 34.
