"I broke my ankle a month ago
doing silly things, but we don't
have to talk about that," said
Mazziotto after race one. "This
race was definitely a great race.
I came off the launch and my
bike stood straight up 12 o'clock
and something happened in
the gearbox. I was grabbing my
upshifts going up the hill and
went to grab a downshift going
into the chicane and the shifter
wouldn't move. It was stuck in
sixth gear all the way to turn
seven when I finally kicked the
thing and it went. I fought back
from ninth place. The race was
really hectic."
Paasch got the better of
Mazziotto in the second race by

second placed Prince and M4

GSX-R600 rider Xavier Zayat.
In the championship stand-
ings, Gerloff leads the Super-
sport table on a perfect 75 to
Debise's 56 and Beach's 52,
while Dakota Mamola leads the
Superstock 600 table on 22 to
Prince's 18 and Wyman's 13.

The second season for the huge-
ly popular KTM RC Cup made its
debut at Road Atlanta with Jimmy

otto III and AXcess Racing's Bran-
don Paasch sharing the spoils in
two bar-bashing affairs.

but after that I kind of struggled to
be as consistent as I was yester-
day. Toward the end of the race I
was able to get more in the zone
and hit my marks. The race actu-
ally felt shorter. All in all, it was a
good day and a good weekend
and I'm looking forward to going
to New Jersey, which is a track I
like."
The Superstock 600 race
one win went to Tuned Racing
Yamaha's Bryce Prince from
high-profile rider Dakota Ma-
mola (HB Racing/Meen Yamaha
YZF-R6) and Altus Motorsports
Yamaha rider JC Camacho, while
the race-two spoils were shared
by winner Travis Wyman (Kyle
Bryce (74) and Wyman (91) both came
home winners from Road Atlanta in the
Superstock 600 category.
