All Sidi Level 1 (Rain) waterproof boots are lined with a material that is waterproof to a point. Level 1 waterproof boots will keep a
rider's feet dry and warm if the he finds himself caught out in the rain. Sidi Rain boots will not soak up water and make the riders
feet cold and wet at the first sign of rain like a standard boot but they will also not perform to the higher Level 2 standard.
