SUPERCROSS MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS, AN FIM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 6 / FEBRUARY 13, 2016 SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA / PETCO PARK P52 My Own Race: 1W COOPER WEBB 2ND 250SX "It was just a little slick out there and I ended up tucking the front end, but overall it was a good night," Cooper Webb said of his race. "I actually didn't get that great of a start, unfortunately. I worked my way through the pack pretty quickly. Got around the guys and got on Joey [Savatgy]. Tried to make the move a couple times, didn't make it happen, and then just tucked the front end. I was able to get up pretty quickly, which was good. Made some passes. Got Christian [Craig] later in the race and salvaged the points we could. But it's a little bit of a bummer, two weekends in a row washing the front, and losing the race, but we'll be fine." 14 COLE SEELY 2ND 450SX "I've been in a funk these last two weekends, but I'm thankful for the dedication of my team to stick behind me," Cole Seely said. "I finally got a good start and was able to put in my own laps. I tried to keep Dungey in my sights and he wasn't too far in front of me at the end. It's great to get back on the podium and it would be even better if I could back this up next weekend. Last year I started to gain my momentum when we went east, so I'm looking forward to it." 37 JOEY SAVATGY 1ST 250SX "The day was a good one," said Joey Savatgy. "I quali- fied second heading into the night and had a decent heat race. In the Main event I put myself in a good position to win. Unfortunately, my teammate had his bike issue, but from there I just tried to ride my own race. I had to ride a bit defensive for a few laps because I was getting pres- sure from riders behind me. After a few consistent laps I was able to open up my lines and just click off the rest of the laps."
