WEBB VS. CRAIG
The fantastic back-and-forth duel between Webb and
Craig in the 250SX Main will go down in the history
books as one of the best ever. And not only was it just
a fantastic battle, but it was a battle for a win and, bet-
ter yet, a battle that was super-clean and respectful.
"Yeah!" said Craig of his battle with Webb. "My
strategy was just to stay ahead of him the whole time.
I knew the number-one was behind me and I had it in
my head that I wasn't going to let him pass me easy.
He's been dominant and still is, no one has stopped
him yet, but I definitely showed him a wheel or two."
Craig admitted that leading the race wore him out
a bit at the end.
"Yeah it did," he said. "Riding up front, you're not
breathing as much as you should be, you're riding a
little bit tighter but I was happy how I was riding up
