took his first Australasian Superbike Championship
at Sydney Motorsport Park over the weekend.
Herfoss and defending champion Wayne Maxwell
(1) went into the final round tied on points but after
Maxwell dropped the model in race one, it gave
Herfoss the final impetus he needed to seal the most
prestigious title in Australian racing and add to his
Australian Supersport Championship win of 2010.
