honor in the minicycle ranks. He also
took the Fox Bronze Boot Award as
top youth rider.
work cut out for him. If it was
the 65 (7-9) classes, he was
dealing with Ryder Difrances-
co. The two riders would each
split championships in SX.
Romano would get the better
of Difrancesco in MX and
win both 65 Championships.
In the 85 classes, Romano
had to deal with Leblanc and
Reynolds, finishing second in
each class.
The 51 (7-8) class was wide
open. In MX, the champion-
ship went to Krystian Janik,
and Casey Cochran and
Daxton Bennick finished out
the podium. In SX, Daxton
Bennick took the title ahead
of Haiden Deegan and Casey
Cochran. But Deegan came
back to win the 51 (4-8) class
in both SX and MX
John Grewe is the only rider
to win every moto he raced.
He won five titles, and all 10
motos. Grewe was pressured
by Berry Carsten in a few
motos, but withstood the pres-
sure and took home his fair
share of awards as well.
Schoolboy 1 had four
championships up for grabs,
and there were three different
winners: Logan Stokes, Mar-
cus Phelps and Brock Papi.
Papi would be the only repeat
winner, but which was a major
accomplishment since this
was such a highly competitive
class.
