MOTOCROSS 44 TH THOR WINTER OLYMPICS NOVEMBER 27-30, 2015 GATORBACK CYCLE PARK / GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA P74 award is selected from letters written by riders, nominating their mechanic. This award went to Zachary Robinson's mechan- ic, Cameron Goins. Titles are clinched, awards are handed out, motorhomes are packed up. Until next Thanksgiv- ing, it has been fun. See every- one next year! CN special award that is presented to a B or C rider that creates a positive impact, is humble, acts as a role model, and represents his sponsors well. The rider is required to write an essay as well. All this is taken into ac- count in looking for that one-of- a-kind rider, that "Diamond in the Rough." This year's recipi- ent was Zachary Robinson. The Mechanic of the Year was on fire! In classes where it seemed like so many riders had a chance to win, Tennant proved us wrong, he wanted to. In Supercross he won two of three titles and in Motocross he was eight for eight and won all four B championships. His only loss was his 3-5 finishes in School- boy 2 where Garrett Marchbanks would win the title. The Pro Circuit Platinum Pipe Award is awarded to the rider with the most points between SX and MX in classes (minibike classes). This year's winner was without doubt, Matthew Leblanc. The Scott Golden Goggle Award, which also comes with a Scott bicycle, is awarded to the rider in the B & C classes that accumulates the most points be- tween SX and MX, and Tennent was the deserved winner. The Dunlop Silver Tire Award goes to the Pro/A rider with the most points between SX and MX, and Forkner went home with that one, while the Fox Bronze Boot award, which goes to the top youth rider (65, 85, supermini, schoolboy) in MX and SX, went to, again, Leblanc. The Vet Masters Award went to John Grewe, and he also picked up the THOR outstanding achievement for winning every moto he raced. The Diamond Award is a John Grewe had a perfect week at the Mini Os.
