IN THE WIND P30 THE NEW NINJA, UNCOVERED. T his year may have been the year of the Superbike, but Kawasaki missed the memo. Instead, the green meanies are using 2016 as their year to bring an all-new ZX-10R to the stage for the first time since 2011. The new ZX-10R will have the now class benchmark—the Yamaha YZF- R1—firmly in its sights for next year, and comes out with a 200+ horsepower inline four-cylinder engine, World Super- bike-spec suspension, Bosch Inertial Measurement Unit, Brembo M50 brakes and so much more. HONDA CRF250 RALLY COMING? T he rumor mill is abuzz at the moment with news Honda might be bringing a production- ready version of its CRF250 Rally concept to the upcoming Milan show, starting November 16. The image here is of a standard Honda CRF250 with the company's Dakar race bodywork from its 450 counterpart, but don't be surprised if the rumored 250 machine looks pretty similar in production form. Honda has just trademarked the name CRF250 Rally in Europe, and CAD drawings have been spied on the internet that reveal a machine with only slight variations to the race version here that include a different exhaust, subtle bodywork changes, as well as different brakes and road-legal mirrors. Considering Honda is about to release the highly anticipated CRF1000L Africa Twin in 2016, having a machine based off a motocross bike that needs next to no modifications to go rally racing, and that could easily cover mas- sive distances in exceptional speed, would give Honda a foothold on a market that doesn't really exist, as almost all off-road bikes need extensive modifications to make the rally grade. Honda could be getting very dirty come 2016. Could we be getting a Honda CRF250 Rally?
