he final round of AMSOIL
Grand National Cross
Country Series racing would
prove to be a great cap to the
season, as more than 2000
racers filled the fields around
Ironman Raceway that hosted
the 13-mile course. Rain impact-
ed the region Saturday evening
setting the stage for near-perfect
racing conditions for competi-
tors and spectators alike. With a
bright sun providing a beautiful
day for the event, the season
finale would prove to be among
the largest and most successful
of the 2015 season. Fan favor-
ites such as Ironman Hill and
the Twin Hills were clogged with
spectators that loyally lined the
steep hills and surrounded the
mud holes, many offering much
needed help to the riders when
needed.
