The FXS uses the new Z-Force electric motor with quick-swap technology that allows riders to upgrade from 3.3kWh to 6.5kWh in a few seconds. The removable power pack modules can be charged on the bike using the standard charger, off-board with optional accessories and swapped in and out regardless of individual state of charge. You can also adjust the performance of the FXS via the Zero app, one of the really cool features of Zero bikes. The show rolls on 17-inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires, the same as you'll find on the KTM 390 Duke. There's also the fully adjustable Showa forks, shock and the new Bosch ABS system to keep everything under control. The FXS will come in with an MSRP of $8495 for the ZF3.3kWh version, and $10,990 for the ZF6.5kWh unit. It'll be available in November this year. Z ero's upping the ante for the 2016 model year with the introduction of the new FXS urban supermoto machine, standing alongside the incumbent FX model.
