amaha certainly has all
of the off-road bases
covered now with the
introduction of the all-new
YZ450FX. The YZ450FX
joins the YZ250FX and two-
stroke YZ250X, as well as
the updated WR450F and
returning WR250F in its off-
road lineup.
2016 Yamaha YZ450FX
Like the YZ250FX,
the 450FX is basically a
YZ450F motocrosser tuned
to go GNCC racing. The
YZ450FX features a wide-
ratio five-speed transmis-
sion, updated clutch,
off-road-tuned suspension
and electric starting. It also
has an 18-inch rear wheel, a
270mm front brake rotor, a
skid plate and a kickstand.
MSRP is $8,890. The
YZ450FX will arrive in deal-
erships in November.
