streaming affords a series more
opportunities for coverage that
TV doesn't have space for, like
behind the scenes content or
even testing. And that's how
it started—a basic system with
some GoPros and hard work to
broadcast a test.
"I think it was 2010 or 2011,"
Crouch said. "M1 were back
promoting road racing. Cam-
eron Gray and Danny Walker
and I were sitting down at Miller
Motorsports Park and we were
like, 'man, it would be nice to
have some coverage from the
test at Nola [Motorsports Park].'
It's outside of the box and really
internet-driven. And I said, 'well,
I can do live streaming. So why
don't we do that?' Danny had the
GoPro sponsorship so he gave
me some GoPros and we built
some little trackside live stream-
ing boxes. We called it AMA Pro
Live and did that for a few years.
"Chris Killen, he's the director
of the Fanschoice shows, all the
flat track and some of the Moto
America stuff. He was with me
since day one. He was running
around at Nola dropping camer-
as in 110-degree heat. We've had
a pretty good team. We've been
working together since then."
