"Phillip Island is my favorite, without a
doubt, no hesitation. I think they call it
12 corners. I call it 10 in reality. Southern
Loop and Stoner Corner (turns two and
three) is one corner. I would call it 10
corners.
"You have a first gear corner, you
have a fifth gear corner, and you have
on-camber, off-camber turns, elevation…
The scenery is unbelievable. The people
are nice. The food's great. You can't ask
for much more. It's the best track in the
world. Always has been, even before they
repaved it. I always thought it was."
