RACING AND SRT OFF-ROAD VOL. 52 ISSUE 33 AUGUST 18, 2015 P119 a bike you're not familiar with, and it's a bummer, but I'm proud to win this one for the USA and stand on the center step of the podium and earn the national title. "I had chills running down my back from the fatigue and I know that Jonny felt a little sick the last few days and also had to deal with jetlag, so I am happy that I was I was able to take the win", Webb added. "This is definitely right up there with the biggest wins I have ever had with all of the tough riders that showed up for this event." In Walker's defense, the Brit was a bit under the weather on the day of the race and had gone without eating for the two days leading up to the event. Early on in the main event, Walker actually pulled over to allow Webb to take the lead so that sure on Rockstar Energy Husqvarna's Colton Haaker and SRT KTM's Cory Graffunder, eventually passing both to move into fourth before going head to head with Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing's Mike Brown for third. After 10 grueling laps, Webb crossed the finished with 1:43 to spare over Walker, with Robert coming in third. Remarkably, these three riders lapped the field up to third place by the end of the race. "I had a great time battling with Taylor [Robert] and Jonny [Walker]," said Webb." Jonny faded really bad in the fi- nal race, and I've done that before going overseas, dealing with jetlag and riding Graffunder rounded out the top five with a solid ride.
