MOTOCROSS LUCAS OIL AMA PRO MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 6/JUNE 27, 2015 BUDDS CREEK RACEWAY/MECHANICSVILLE, MARYLAND P86 other seventh, which got me sixth overall. All-in-all not a horrible weekend, but I'm definitely going to try and get back up there for the next few rounds." >>250 NATIONAL The 250 class has been a battle between Red Bull KTM's Marvin Musquin and Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha's Jeremy Martin. The two riders came into the race with eight points separating them in the series standings, but when all was said and done, Musquin left Maryland with a 10-point lead after a race that saw CycleTrader. com/Rock River Yamaha's Alex Martin just miss out on his first- ever overall win. Alex Martin took the lead in moto one after taking advan- tage of a slip by quick starter RJ Hampshire. Musquin was back in eighth at the end of the first lap and holding off Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki's Adam Cianciarulo, who had been the fast qualifier in the morning. On lap four, Musquin and Cianciarulo tangled in a rut and went down, both riders losing several places. Musquin would eventually finish the moto in seventh, with Cianciarulo in eighth. Martin led the race until three laps to go when his brother, Jer- emy Martin, passed him for the lead. But on the final lap, Jeremy (Left) Ken Roczen (1) was dealing with a virus that made it difficult for him to breathe. He rode well but fatigue caught up with him in both motos. (Below) Privateer Justin Starling (77) turned a lot of heads by grabbing the holeshot in the first 250 moto and ran in the top five for six laps.
