MOTOCROSS
LUCAS OIL AMA PRO MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP
ROUND 5 / JUNE 13, 2015
HIGH POINT RACEWAY / MOUNT MORRIS, PENNSYLVANIA
P128
Dungey and Marvin Musquin,
and his hard work has been pay-
ing off with his third podium of
the season.
At High Point, Anderson was
fast and looked strong while
battling at times with his team-
mate Christophe Pourcel. Who
knows, with better starts, he may
have finished even better!
"I'm hoping to keep the podi-
ums coming," said Anderson.
"I qualified in practice pretty
good. My starts weren't great
but I came through the pack. I
think I've found a new level that
I seem to be comfortable with
and hopefully stay there all year.
I feel like I need to maybe up
my level on starts to get with
the guys in the front right away
so I can kind of put a tow rope
on them and riding the pace. I
ride with them during the week
but it's different during the race.
When you're riding by yourself
you feel like you're going fast,
but if you see someone doing
something different in front of
you, you definitely learn from
them. The first moto, when I was
behind Christophe, I learned
a couple lines that definitely
helped me."
Jason Anderson put in another
strong performance in the 450
class, getting on the podium for the
second time this season.
