IN THE WIND P30 RECORDS TUMBLE, HEROES RISE, MCPINT RULES SUPREME T he 2015 Isle of Man TT once again lived up to its reputation as the premier road racing event in the world with two weeks of incredible action between the houses and over the mountain of the world's most famous motor- cycle racing circuit. Most of the talking point surrounded the in- spiring return of Ian Hutchinson— riding with a right foot gearch- ange and thumb-operated rear brake, 'Bingley Bullet' was back to full fitness after five years of re- covery following an horrific leg in- jury suffered at Silverstone. And he announced his arrival back at the top of TT racing with victory in both Supersport TTs and the Su- perstock TT. The Yorkshireman's emotion after winning the first Supersport TT of the week was clear to see, with tears flowing in the post race press conference as he thanked the vast array of medical professionals, family and friends involved with saving his left leg. But the fairytale of seeing 'Hutchy' atop the Senior TT podium didn't pan out as the redoubtable John McGuinness pulled a rabbit out of the hat to claim the Senior, his 23rd vic- tory on the Island, as he claimed a new outright lap record with John McGuinness saved his best until last with an amazing ride in the Senior TT.
