Looks wise I'm in two minds
about the RC390. Don't get
me wrong, I think it looks the
business, but I can't help but
wonder why KTM didn't make
it look more like their Moto3
machine and not a mix of that
and the RC8R. The screen that
covers the top of the fairing is a
pain to clean around the bottom
edges, and the headlights don't
really do it for me (reminds me
of cleaning my old R1). What
does do it for me is the pillion
seat pad. That's a cracking idea
to have the top of the ducktail
made of seat foam so it keeps
that racer feel without having a
potential passenger (they better
be light, too) as an afterthought.
There's little nuances I don't
like on the RC like the cheap
orange zip ties around the frame
and the hard handlebar grips,
others I do like the loaded-with-
info dash and the hidden exhaust
straight off the RC8R that gives
