Martin's Bad
But Good Day
On paper, Jeremy Martin had
a bad day, but it could've been
a lot worse, making it actually
a good day for the number-one
plate holder.
Martin's troubles started when
his bike refused to start for the
sighting lap in the first moto.
Having little time to diagnose the
problem, and since the motos
can't be delayed (again because
of TV), Martin's crew quickly
went to work. They pushed the
bike back to the staging area
to get closer to the team's pits;
AMA rules prevents the bikes
from returning all the way into
Ken Roczen had
a few issues on
the day but not
because of his
injured back.
Roczen rode well,
finishing third in
the second moto.
